Greetings!  Thank you for visiting my website.  My name is Oscar Dean and I am a landscape and nature photographer living in central Connecticut.  I have loved taking pictures since I was a kid using a 110 Instamatic camera.  As a teenager I used money saved from a paper route to buy a Nikon N2000 35mm film camera.  Today I use Canon cameras and lenses to capture the world around me.  For me, photography is truly an inspiring art form.  I  continually strive to make more than snapshots, but rather to create images with depth and feeling that are conceived from my heart and soul.

In addition to photography, my other interests include playing baseball, softball, volleyball, cycling and tennis.  You can also find me in my "man cave" listening to my huge CD collection or composing, playing and recording original music.  I live with my beautiful wife and super photogenic Cocker Spaniel named Lizzie.
